HAMILTON, ON – July 28, 2016 – Hamilton Public Library’s Sherwood Branch will be under construction beginning on Monday, August 15, as part of a planned infrastructure renewal project.
WHAT: Sherwood Library will temporarily close the front entrance for construction beginning on Monday, August 15. A new, temporary entrance will be located at the back of the library building. Construction is expected to last for approximately three weeks and library hours will remain the same during this project. Both library and security staff will be available to assist customers during this change.
WHO: The Sherwood Branch of the Hamilton Public Library system will be impacted by this construction. All programs including Summer Reading Club will continue as scheduled throughout the construction period.
WHEN: Construction begins on Monday, August 15, 2016. The project is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
