The Freelton Branch was established in 1978, replacing a deposit station. The Branch moved to its present location in 1995. Freelton Branch offers materials for children, teens and adults including books, CDs, DVDs, magazines, newspapers and more. Services include programming for children. Public Internet access computers also include adult and children’s software applications.
The Freelton Branch also offers Self-Serve Extended Access. Pre-registration required to access the Branch during self-serve hours. Staff are available remotely during these hours.
The Freelton Branch also has a Seed Library provided in partnership with Green Venture. Visit the Freelton Branch to select seeds, find information about gardening and HPL programs, and harvest seeds to replenish the Seed Library.
